The ASEAN Insurance Training & Research Institute (AITRI) and ASEAN Insurance Council (AIC) are pleased to announce that the 4th Young ASEAN Insurance Manager Award is now open for nomination. This year, the award ceremony will be held in
This prestigious award was inspired by the ASEAN Insurance Council under the spirit of ASEAN to honour outstanding young managers for their achievement, contribution and dedication to the insurance industry and to recognise their potential, talent and leadership qualities.
The candidates must meet the following criteria:
ü ASEAN nationalities
ü under 40 years old
ü have served at least five years in the insurance industry
ü management or senior management role
ü have shown outstanding leadership within the company and within the industry
ü innovative and creative in managing people and the business
ü have successfully undertaken a very difficult leadership or business challenge
ü have contributed positively to promote the image of the insurance industry
