THE LECTURERS Prof. Rene T. Domingo, the course director, is a full-time professor at the Asian Institute of Management where he teaches Operations Management, Total Quality Management, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Business Process Reengineering and Management of Service Operations. Prof. Domingo holds a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Mr. Gordon J.
