Effective Inventory Management Training

Introduction

Is inventory an asset or a liability? Is more inventory better or worst? What is the best inventory level? What is the best inventory turn over? This three-day workshop is comprehensive and intensive and will answer once and for all these questions. Participants will leave the workshop fully equipped with the skills to manage inventory successfully. In 2007 more than 120 participants have attended this workshop. We also offer in-house program.

Workshop Fee
